Can this be used on the reformer as a “sticky pad”?

If by "sticky pad," you mean can this pad keep my feet in place on the reformer, then my answer is yes, although my pilates instructor uses this placed next to the foot bridge of the reformer to keep me in place while my body moves the reformer mat attached to the springs. I hope this helps.

Is this foam cushion A or B?

This is the little pad that goes under your butt for stomach massage, in your feet on footbar for footwork / around the box etc - If you need extra padding. If you’re looking for the thicker ones, typically used for proprioception, Etc - they’re called “Merrithew foam cushion”. The size / dimensions give it away , via the thickness. xo
