Great concept and worked well for 3 year old toddler first try
My grandson liked this alot. He was able to cut up his own banana into bit size pieces. Cut a pancake and a bagel all on his own. He is very independent and likes to help in the kitchen this was a great tool and I didn't have to worry about him cutting his fingers as he learns to use a knife for cutting

Perfect for my little helper
I bought this for my 3 yo bc she loves to help me in the kitchen. This knife is perfect. It’s easy for her to handle, sharp enough to cut up things like strawberries and cheese but totally safe.Best part is she can do it on her own which is very important for her!

Small but keeps child entertained and safe
This was much smaller than I expected and I contemplated returning it because it it pricey for what you get. However, the kids enjoy it. While it isnt sharp enough to do damage, it does cut fruit well. They feel helpful so its a win.

Kid safe knife
A great, safe, way to have the kids learn to handle a knife. Sliced up these strawberries nicely. Since it’s wood I’m handwashing. Seems durable and should last a while.

Cute, but not durable at all
Easy for my toddler to hold and it’s a great addition to our Montessori-inspired home. He loved it. However, it’s quite a disappointment that after a relatively short period of time (two months), the bottom of the knife has a crack already.

Great for a toddler who wants to do everything themselves.
My 2 year old grandson wants to do for himself and this is a great knife. It looks very thick and I wasn't sure about it when it arrived but he was able to use it the first time he tried and can now cut his fruit himself.

Low quality - broken within a month
I really wanted to love this because the design is cute and the concept is great…but we got this for our toddler for Christmas and one month later the “blade” has already splintered and broken twice. Unfortunately the quality of the knife I received is quite poor.

Great grip!
My 19 month old son loves this knife! I do have to help him but eventually as his strength and coordination improves he will be able to do it himself. He loves cutting his sausage patties for breakfast. Perfect grip for small hands.
