I'm using a whey isolate powder for a daily protein drink, but wanted to add a little more in terms of targeted treatment for my skin, hair, and nails. Collagen peptides was just the thing, and it adds no flavor to my shake and dissolves well. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I'm already noticing my nails seem significantly stronger. This is a pretty good product and in my opinion a good value for the price.I should add that the bag includes a scoop for measuring, so there's no guesswork.

Sometimes it feels like it’s "smoothing" a flavor but it's not unpleasant or bitter or something that is untolerable by any means.I find it mixes better with something warm which is also why I mix it with my coffee. It tends to be clumpy if it is mixed with something of a cooler temperature making it less pleasant to swallow.Super easy and effective way to get all your vitamin content in for the day without having to take individual vitamins! I have been using this product for a total of 2.5 weeks and I already see a difference! My nails are stronger, the ridges are smoothing out and they look healthy instead of dry. My hair feels thicker and softer. My skin is softer, smoother and glows. I can see the wrinkles smoothing out on my chest from years of being a side sleeper. I have even had people comment on how much more radiant my skin looks and ask what I've changed.In addition, I've always had issues with my hips. I don’t know if they sell flavored versions. But if they do I recommend buying it or at least mixing this version with something. The taste isn’t overpowering so I found that it mixed fine. But the taste is quite bad. Anyways, I am happy with the product, it’s good quality and dissolves well.
