Q: What is the shelf life of FryLiquid and should it be refrigerated after opening?

We use ours for the linten fish fry's we have seven of them a year I don't use a whole bottle a year and we use it again the next year until its gone and order another one we never refrigerate it. it works great at keeping your oil from burning and and putting bad taste in your food. we use it every time we clean the oil and sometimes between cleaning, works great, don't be afraid to use to much, bottles do have a use by date

Q: Is this the same as frypowder except liquid firm?thank you

Yes they both achieve the same results. The FryPowder comes in sachets, or bulk bags of powder, and the FryLiquid comes in 1 Liter bottles, with a smaller dispensing bottle.
