Not for all grills.
Not the products fault. since it doesn't hang, but sits above the grate, for it to work you need to have room between the horizontal supports on the Grates. therefore the warming rack sits in the middle of the grill in my case. ( not all the way in the back as I hoped)

Sturdy Enough
I have a 16" wide grill thanks to a replacement of the old, rusted out "porcelain steel" grill, and my original food warmer was likewise too corroded to clean anymore. Since I could no longer find an OEM warmer grill, I purchased this adjustable one. It worked fine, held up a good number of sausages and grilled vegetables, and showed no signs of tipping. Mission accomplished.
