unclear installation
On Amazon.ae its unclear what the delivery people do and how to organise installation. These are expensive technical products which require professional installation and there should be better customer care and better information on installation service.

Poor instructions
Great product and it arrived quickly. Only downside is we cannot programme the clock / timer because the instructions don't seem to match the product. Tried looking for instructions online too but have just given up on setting the clock.
