Good for the value
Good for the value. I went ahead and bought an additional absorbent cloth because the gauze is fairly thin and snags (came shredded). Love the paper cleaner for the pads - if those were sold separately, that is likely only item I’d replenish regularly. This is great as an emergency kit or something for maintenance on a trip but for daily use on an expensive flute. I’d recommend a piecemeal - yeah it takes a little longer but it’s not much more expensive and you’ll have longer lasting, higher quality daily essentials.

Everything you need!
This kit contains everything you need for cleaning the flute! 6 things included: Polishing Cloth(S), Silver Polish Cloth(S), Cleaning Gauze, Pad paper, Tone Hole Cleaner, and Maintenance Manual. My only comment in this item is that the polishing cloth is small size rather than medium size (I used to buy M size for faster cleaning), and remember to buy a cleaning rod if you don’t have one ... Worth to buy it!

Tiene varias cosas básicas
Incluye varias telas básicas para limpieza de la flauta, y un manual para saber para que sirve cada una. El precio un poco elevado para lo que es. Pero es buena calidad. Lo vale sobretodo si tienes una flauta costosa.

No key oil or cork grease included. Why not?
All sorts of things are in the package, to encourage one to keep their flute functioning well. However, certain other items are missing. No cork grease for the head joint's cork. No key oil to keep the keys moving precisely.I have it from several flute players on YouTube that polishing your flute after every use is risky at best. Even if it's tarnished a bit, it'll play just fine. Polishing (especially if the flute is silver, gold, or platinum) should be done as part of annual maintenance by a professional. If one goes to Yamaha's website, they have a large number of links explaining many details about a flute, including some of the maintenance they recommend. It's surprising that the kit with their name on it is missing important components they insist are needed.Oh, and one final note: if your flute comes with a metal cleaning rod, do NOT use it! It'll scratch the inside of the tube. Plastic ones are easily available and cheap. If you want something fancier, get one made of wood.
