Good idea…
This pallet is great for mixing foundation shades. Between seasons, my skin color changes greatly. The see-through nature of this item is helpful.

nice mixing tray
I like it because its clear so I can easily match my colours before putting on my foundation. The price is a bit higher than similar products out there, but the sturdiness and the clear colour makes it worth it in my book.

Best Makeup Mixing Surface
The large acrylic surface makes it easy to mix makeup shades and clean off afterwards. I had been searching for a product that offered these benefits. Plus my mixed makeup stays fresh for 2 more days with with air tight cover. The only negative is that the wand is useless for liquid makeup mixing. Instead I use a silicone makeup pad for mixing and application.

Not As Useful as I Had Hoped
This item is a surface on which you mix your make up, rather than on the back of your hand. I bought it to mix foundation after seeing it on a beauty blog. Unfortunately, it didn't have the little 'wells'/ indentations to store the balance of your mix as the one I saw on the beauty blog did, so my excess product just stayed spread out and dried out by the next time I came to use it. Even with the plastic film over. I also found the mixing spatula to be too narrow and not flexible enough. Sad. I wasted my money, but it was my own fault because this one was not advertised as having those wells. Was also very expensive for what it is and comes with a cumbersome case with a silicone 'band' around making it tedious to use each time.

Not Holding Up to Regular Use
Really expensive piece of plastic. I've had this for a few months and it looks awful now. I used the included spatula and the surface still scratched with every use. Other companies produce similar products at a fraction of the cost, so they're practically disposable. I thought I was making an investment in quality, but I ended up buying a clear glass saucer plate from a thrift store that works just as well.
