The Bullworker Compendium: The Bullworker Bible and Bullworker 90 Course Combined

A worthy book to have if you use the Bullworker
Buying the two books in one edition (Bullworker Bible and Bullworker 90 day Course) was the way to go. The Bullworker Bible is like a history book of Bullworker, from the start to the present day. It provides all the in depth basic information to know, when starting out on the Bullworker training path. I started using Bullworker at the age of 15 years, then drifted into bodybuilding/weightlifting for many years. Now over the age of 60+, I have gone back to using Bullworker religiously. This book has provided information I forgot about (except from reading and following Pro Bodybuilder Mike Mentzer's, training methods from the early 70's and 80's).The book also provides information on how to train, rep speeds, negative reps, etc. It has many photos and explanations on how to do a variety of bodypart exercises using the Bullworker (either Classic or Steel version).I personally would rate this book and use this book first, over the "other bullworker books listed online". Due to this being a great book and resource for a "normal" user of Bullworker. The "other books" are impractical, due to 6 or 7 day training programs with unreasonable rep amount, and the poor layout of the training routines/bodypart workout photos/descriptions. The other books would be good for the way advanced user, not the normal user. The Bullworker Compendium book, with the two books compiled in it would be beyond excellent, if they had photos of both males and females demonstrating the exercises. Having just one female in every photo made it feel like a workout book for ladies only. That is my only complaint.Otherwise, it was an excellent choice for the Bullworker usage.

Big book...started but not finished.
Really enjoying this compendium; great history of not just Bullworker R&D but also of other types of muscular development also. Great picture of one of the founding fathers of Bullworker - ripped to shredds muscle-wise, not too keen on woman demonstrating the bullworker exercises; but at least she is not tugging at your what-sit in an attempt to distract you with good looks. So great to get background on BW and Plus the 90 day course awaits. Will update date review on a couple of months.

Book fall apart
The book is very informative. Can't wait to dig deep into it. However the pages come out with the slightest pull. Not glued very well.Very disappointing indeed.

Good info, poor pics
Great information, great exercises..... Shame the pics R such poor quality. Sadly so is the glue binding the book, as I've quite a few falling out... Concidering the cost of the book I'd have expected it to hold together for more than 2 DAYS!
