Q: How does this work ? What kind of paint do I get ?

I used exterior deck paint. I just mixed in the glitter until I was how it looked rolled on the wood deck. About half a container to a galleon of paint.

Q: When the time comes to paint over it, will there be a texture on the wall?

No. The paint will cover the glitter when painted at a later date. Without leaving glitter pimples

Q: Does the glitter fall to the bottom of the paint can or does it mix in well with the paint?

It's quite fine and gets covered up in the paint. The description I read stated that you can use this glitter with white paint but I found this to be a waste of money unless you are using it with a clear coat. I wouldn't recommend this product

Q: Will this work with Behr’s Paint &Primer paint?

I used with Valspar paint & primer. Worked great. I used 3 packages per gallon. Beautiful glitter!
