Hello and thank you for you question. The zipper clip is not designed to be intuitive in any way as if anyone could just open them, they wouldn’t be very good at deterring thieves from opening your bag, BUT once you know how to open it you will be able to open and close them within a second. Most people can figure this out in about 30 seconds without instructions by flipping it over and looking at the back. You’ll see 2 notches on the sides. Now flip the zipper clip back over and place your index fingers in the sides where the notches are. Place your thumb in the center and apply pressure on your thumb while pulling back with your index fingers. The zipper clip will snap open. Now slide them apart. The first 5-10 times opening this will be a little more difficult as they need to “break in” (the plastic hole needs to open a slight bit through the repetition of opening and closing), but after that, opening and closing will be seamless to you.
