fermipanRed Instant Dried Yeast - 1 x 500g

I have been using this brand for a few years now, always gives good results, recommended.

I have been experimenting for months with my panasonic bread maker and using different ingredients - but never really seemed to get decent results and I used most of the yeasts available to the super markets (own brand to expensive brand) to no avail. I was pointed in the direction of this yeast by a family member who swears by it and I have to say since using this yeast it has worked every time with amazing and delicious results.I am using 7g for white bread and 9g for wholemeal based breads (which is about double what the manuals recommend) but the results speak for themselves. I will not be looking any further for different yeast!

I buy a packet of this yeast and put it into a jar in the fridge it lasts for at least 2 months and is consistent in use. from first to last.

Fresh yeast is the best, but doesn't keep for long, only a week or so in the fridge.This Fermipan Red Instant Dried Yeast is really the next best thing, much better than standard packet yeast.When I open the Fermipan packet, I then fold down the top and use rubber band and place in tupperware container and place in the Freezer, where it will keep well for a few months.

I've been buying this Fermipan yeast for a few years. The packet I received this time was not vacuum sealed, the contents were loose. By smelling it I think air must have got into the packet and the yeast is probably already dead. It does not have the smell it usually does.

Great consistent performing yeast. Made some nice bread. It’s best to decant the majority into sealable Tupperware and store in freezer whilst you use a small portion kept in a airtight jar.

I started buying this yeast in the pandemic and have never looked back since. It rises a lot better than other brands and has a much better taste
