Ordered two and both handle plates were chipped
The overall product looks really nice however the handle plate was chipped when it came. I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement, they offered me a refund of 10$ And to keep the product.I ordered a second one in hopes it wouldn’t be chipped like the first, but no luck it was chipped too.Although this doesn’t affect the use of the product my concern is that since it’s already chipped the water will make these chips even bigger.

Valves leak
Bought twice with issues to the valve. Returned both. Bought another brand

We have yet to install but I am really happy with this purchase. It looks great and seems to be great quality.

Drips
Will start dripping from time to time have to cycle the faucet the it stops.
