Hello TLP, the sponges measurement in length are as follows: Large 5"-5.5", Medium 3"-4" and Mini: 1.5"-2". These are the measurements on average when wet. Please note that as the sponges are hand harvested, there will be natural variations in size and shape depending on the cut. The sizes are specifically selected for different purposes: for facial cleansing, for bathing / showering and for around the eyes for example. Sea sponges are hard when bone dry and only become soft after rehydrating. If your leg brace can cope with a little moisture, you could squeeze out excess water and use the soft sponge.
