When the laptop I use for amateur radio failed, I needed a replacement quickly but couldn't afford a new one for limited specialist use. This refurbished piece looked and felt new, and so far has worked perfectly in the job that I bought it for. I don't know how long the battery will last, because I don't use it that way. In all other respects, apart from a smaller hard drive, it performs as well as my everyday laptop. This was, for me, a great buy.

Bought this laptop for my and she is slowly getting used to it after having a tablet for some years. It seems to work OK and a good starter PC for a beginner. JD

Overall: The laptop preforms as you would expect and was in solid condition with no marks despite being a refurbished unit. Pre installed software is a 50/50 it's not bad as OEMs just a few, some like Chrome make more sense. HOWEVER, the description and images of the device ARE NOT correct. It uses windows 11 instead of windows 10 and the laptop in the image is a different model to what I got. It was still the same brand, similar CPU and the same RAM & SSD, but that does not excuse misrepresentation.Recommended? If you need a low power laptop, sure does the job. But it won't be the same as the one shown so be aware of that.Positives:The laptop had an offline account premade which is VERY appreciated given Windows 11 was installed.No noticeable marks.Laptop performance was decent.Refurbished electronics reduce waste.At this time, it was £160.Solitaire is pre installed, which for the person I brought this for was great as they don't have a Microsoft account.Sunday delivery (DPD).Negatives:Advertised having Windows 10 Pro, mine had Windows 11 Pro.Advertised rear IO, mine only had side IO.Pre installed software: Norton Security, Team Viewer.

My Acer Aspire died on me after 7 years of daily service and I needed to source a replacement quickly without breaking the bank. The Dell arrived ahead of the expected delivery date, I've upped the onboard RAM to 16Gb and found a cheap (£4!) wifi card on eBay, so I'm good to go now. Even if I only get two years' service out of it, it's a bargain. Very happy with the purchase.

I was happy with the cosmetic appearance of the device but the performance is very slow I use it mainly for emails and facebook and playing downloaded appstore games it also takes ages to boot up and getting ready for use it was pre loaded with Windows 10 .

The battery came "critically at the end of its life"The sound card never worked and it's slow and not as described.Beware of this seller.If I could give less stars I would.Update: the seller is trying g to get put of refunding the laptop because of a palm print. Laptop was only used for a day and seller taxes that it was returned with the frame cracked. (It was well boxed and sent back with 1st class courier) This should have been refunded a week ago,this seller is an absolute scam artist. DO NOT BUY FROM OR EXPECT ANY FOLLOW UP SERVICE.

I was expecting something alittle better, very slow and battery life doesn't last very long and it gets very hot very quick. No that happy with it.

Has a good ram memory but the screen is not of good quality- it looks cloudy and blurred, I tried the settings but nothing can be done. Unfortunately I have to replace it, my eyes hurtUpdate: I was fully refunded. I would like to thank seller.
