It's Murad
Murad is one of the leading skin care products for all Spas, Salons and used by eEstiticians all over the world. This keeps my skin looking silky, like class all day. Doesn't clog doors and it's reasonable price allowed anyone to try it. Look if you honestly try it and, you dislike it, just send it back. But I've used it for years and at 53 I'm constantly thought to be 33-36. Who doesn't want to hear that. Loves it . Kinda wish Murad had a ambassador or influencer deal.

Murad
This is similar to another Murad moisturizer that I have used in the past. Since the one I used was not available I decided to try this one. Not nearly as pleased with this one.

Not a cream, more like candle wax.
Murad makes wonderful skin care but this one is awful. Perhaps it was past it's best by date but who knows? We aren't provided mfg. or UB dates, only to use within 6 months. From when? and why was an unusable product shipped?I had to wait three weeks for something that should have been pulled and never sent out. It takes a knife or other hard object to remove the "cream" from the jar. It's useless.Btw, I've used this product before and it was fine.

Lightweight, but works great!
I use this with their recovery serum. Both are very lightweight, but have amazing coverage. I can still feel it when I wash it off at night, when I put on Murads retinal youth serum and night cream. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it. I live in the desert, which has a tendency to suck all the moisture out of your body. No worries though, this puts it right back in.

Best for day use as a makeup base.
A 20 year Murad customer, I find this product basic for moisturizing and wrinkle smoothing. I use it during winter when I don't need SPF30. Light texture and smooth application, does not last very long. Same heavy packaging as other Murad products that disguise small portions. Competitor products are just as good and less expensive.

Thick - only for dry skin
Murad hydration intense recovery is very thick. A little goes a long way. It reminds me more of a cleansing balm than a lotion with its texture. If you use too much it can quickly become greasy and be too much product for the face to absorb. I read another reviewers comments about using with a serum and that really helped with application and absorption. Made the cream much less heavy. I use the murad rapid dark spot remover with the cream and have gotten really great results. I only use the cream at night as it does feel heavy. I would only use in the AM if you have really dry skin, I have combination oily acne prone skin. This hasn’t irritated my skin or made me break out. If you have JUsT oily skin I wouldnt recommend this for you. I could see it being too heavy and possibly clog pores. It has a nice refreshing scent as well. Doesn’t smell like old lady perfume or anything. I didn’t experience any tingling or cooling sensations as others have mentioned. Murad products have worked well for my skin.

Face feels SUPER hydrated
My skin is more on the dry side. I have been using this product for a year now. The moment I apply, my face fees so hydrated. The next morning I wake up and my face feels just as hydrated as when I applied this product. I tried using other night creams due to the cost...but there is just no comparison to Murad.
