Good value!
Arrived in very good physical condition. Had Windows 10 as predicted. Crashed a few times though with MEMORY MANAGEMENT error. But that disappeared once I upgraded memory to 16GB and ran the memory Hardware diagnostic and reset the PC to reinstall windows 10 locally. The keyboard showed that about 10 keys had been replaced with the opaque variety that didn't allow the light to shine through the keys. Noticeable in low light and it bugged me so I replaced it's keyboard.All in all, it's elegant looking, runs quietly and boots up fast from the SSD and gives no problems at all. I'm happy to have a very decent laptop for less than AED1000 and that includes all the extra bits I bought. Should last a few years at least!PS. This configuration doesn't allow upgrade to Windows 11 because of its i5 6000 series CPU. But since Windows 10 is supported till 2025, I'm not worried. My home PC is still running Windows 7 lol

Good laptop Badly refurbished
Sticker been used to cover the top lid's damages which looks good on arrival but for sure it will pill off after sometimes. I might keep it since specifications Ok and very light weight

Not working. Needs some hard drive soething
This laptop only worked for a couple of days. Now it's giving so many commands not working 😕. I am sending it back
