Triethanolamine - toxic

Triethanolamine, also known as TEA, is a reactionary byproduct of two toxic substances: ethylene oxide and ammonia. No wonder many of these ladies complained their vagina's were burning after using it. It is known to cause hives. WHY is this in here?! I wanted to buy it until I saw that ingredient.
