They work!
I have looked for something like this for many years. So glad someone finally made it. Works for me! Ignore all the reviews that say the come off your hand when you make a fist. Of course they do! You are moving that muscle. When I have a migraine, everything hurts. I'm not making a fist or moving anything else. I'm laying down and this stays perfectly. I even slept with it on one night. All good.

Didnt find it effective for myself
I would say it's ok, not very comfortable and can be hard to fit in the right spot. I have horrible migraines and didnt find it effective, also hand size and device is important, you want to find your pressure point as this is what it is made for and help with relief. It didn't help me , but everyone is different might work for you.

Good pressure!
They are a big to long for my hands. But they fit perfectly on my husbands.. so one size fits all is true here.Even tho they are a bit long and leaves a good gap on my hands, they have a great pressure without being painful. I’m looking forward to having these at hand those days where this spot is so tight and painful.I am having tension headaches right now due to weather changes and I have had them on my hands got about 30 min. Feel better!I also tried on my feet. They were able to reach one of the migraine pressure points on the foot too! Double win!

Great concept
Pinching the pressure point does help with migraines, unfortunately this wasn’t compressed enough for my hands to get to my pressure point. I found myself having to pinch it with my other hand and hold it in place for it to work.

Surprisingly adequate! An honest review:
My mother and I suffer from intense migraines, pretty much whenever it rains and/or the air pressure changes dramatically. I've been to the doctor's for prescription remedies, but they didn't work at all. The only thing that ever really works is Excedrin Migraine - and that really only works about 60% of the time.I found Aculief on YouTube when searching for new migraine relief options and bought a 2-pack for myself and my mother. I was hesitant to spend $30 on something I wouldn't be able to test initially, but the weather in March in Eastern North Carolina is just way too crazy to predict or take a chance on. While I was waiting for my order to arrive, I did some more research into the L14 pressure point. This eased my concerns, as it seems to be generally accepted everywhere that this pressure point relieves certain tension-related pains. Now that I have my Aculief, I've been pleasantly surprised! Initially, the product kind of hurts for about 5-10 seconds (especially if you hit bone with it rather than the fleshy pressure point). As you use it though, you'll find it easier to locate that pressure point. The "pain" fades quickly, however, comparable to the feeling on your arm when you get your blood pressure taken. The main thing I've noticed is that I noticed that migraines (which I still get) are WAY down in intensity and duration, if not totally relieved. If anyone is hesitant to spend $20-$30 on this product, I would argue that it is totally worth it to at least give it a try. You'll spend far more than that at a restaurant with your family anyway. Do it. The worst thing that could happen is you could be dissatisfied and be down one night out with the family (in terms of dollars spent). I myself am very pleased that it helps out at all, as I've suffered these migraines for quite literally a quarter of a century. DO IT! To quote our President: What the hell do you have to lose?!5/5 stars.

It’s a miracle!!!
I am so blessed I found this for my mom. She has high blood pressure and regularly suffers from servere headache. She would take pain reliever everytime her headache gets bad although I told her not to take too much pain reliever pill.I was absolutely in doubt when I see the ad about Aculief but I decided to try it anyway. I rarely have a headache or any kind of pain thank to my young age, but I know from the beginning this is for my mom. However, I did get a chance to use it even before my mom get her first try. That day my head had a heavy feeling since morning, it’s not a headache but I feel very tired at work. I left Aculief at home so I couldn’t try it until very late that night when I got home. So I put it on for about 20 mins then I felt some kind of relief, I took it off and went to wash dishes. By the time I’ve done with the dishes I already felt better, but my headache wasn’t really a headache so I was still in doubt, and decided to wait for my mom to test it.My mom just called and said IT WORKS!! I swear this is the best thing I’ve heard in a long time. Both me and her were very surprise but what’s matter is the result. Now my mom won’t have to depend too much on pain reliever for her headache. This product is not only a relief for my mom but also for me.It doesnt hurt to keep it stay on although it will leave a small mark for a while (picture). It is easy to wear although I think I’m still confused about where the right spot at. There’re some instruction and review videos on Youtube that are pretty helpfull.I wish more people know about Aculief, and if you’ve ever in doubt, just go ahead and try because miracle does happen!!

Great Idea but just doesn’t work for me.
This is such a great idea. Just doesn’t work for me. I have chronic migraines and usually I apply pressure when I’m feeling a migraine coming on or during one to the specific area where the aculief is supposed to be placed. I was so excited about this product because I sure don’t feel like applying pressure myself on those points when I’m feeling lousy but the aculief fits me in an awkward way. Feels like it wants to pop off, slip, or fall off. I have to keep adjusting it and then I end up taking it off because I have to squeeze the aculief to apply the right pressure I need plus I don’t feel like dealing with something feeling like it’s falling off my hand. I’m so glad that I read in reviews that it does help some others. So for me it’s an awkward fit, doesn’t want to stay in place, and not enough pressure.Very good idea though, just not for me.
