Who needs aluminum foil when you can wear this. Actually this is a very good hat that I wear a lot.

i had one and lost it so this is a replacement. i have a lot of thick hair so its just a touch small for me but it is very soft and comfortable.

It doesn't look like it's going to last. Not enough firmness

I'm not a big believer in protecting yourself against EMF radiation or 5g. I'm skeptical that it causes much damage at all. Still, it doesn't hurt to be prudent. And I wanted a black cap. The only problem is that it cost nearly $70! That's a lot of money for just a thin silver lining that is meant to reduce your EMF exposure. But it could make for a nice gift for somebody who keeps talking about the subject and is worried about it.I hope the photo is helpful at illustrating what it looks like. It's quite lightweight. I think it might get a bit hot there if you are doing exercise because the reflective coating doesn't allow for much breathability.The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that I feel that they are gouging a bit on the price. I don't think that the cost to make this is more than $10.

The inside is dry and will not encourage an unsanitary environment.The circumference is said to be up to 22in (55.88cm), and if you are in that range you might still have trouble keeping this on your head. Because the materials are a bit soft, and the hat might slip around. The video on this product page shows how to fasten and adjust size best when you are wearing it. I worry about winds mainly.I always hand wash items like this one. Gentle soap in my opinion. This will dry fast hanging on a hook, no dryer necessary. I wouldn't recommend that anyway.So, my take on this technology is that I am sure that it works to a large degree to protect your brain, for one. I know some people who appear to have information on how exposure to radiation is harmful, and why you might like something like this for protection. They seem to be interested in this themselves.A great product that might need a bit of improvement.
