Great Storage Tank and Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. I used this tank on its own in an off grid water conservation research project for a greenhouse subsoil heating system. I’m really impressed by the quality of insulation and also their customer service. First unit arrived slightly damaged due to the shipping company not placing it on a palette. I notified the seller and a new tank was shipped immediately and a truck arrived to collect the damaged one in a few days. I used my own heat collectors and so bypassed the heat exchanging unit and went straight into the heating coil using adapters. Works perfectly! Holds the temperature overnight great! I would feel secure purchasing again with the full kit just knowing their customer service agents are helpful and attentive if I have any issues. Definitely worth buying. I recorded 110 degrees at the high end and around 80 in the winter mornings after 12 hours without the electric heating element added. It generally holds around 103 degrees just using passive solar.

This DUDA Energy LLC TANK was dropped to cause it to leak. The exterior packaging was not DAMAGED!
DUDA delivered their water tank in a failed condition. The packaging was fine, the tank leaks!

works fine
to be improved:-top connection slightly off vertical-documentation minimalpositives:-holds heat for a few days,-has themostat with 3 setpoints for electrical backup heater (we use it for solar surplus electricity),-we measure 900W electrical power (120V)-works fine using heat from our mason stove on lower coil
