These guys are HARD, which is probably good but i had a heck of a time breaking up the large piece apart to fit into a jar. I am not sure how most use these, but I am making a tincture.

These mushrooms are very hard, but I put them in warm water to soften up a bit before cutting into small chucks. Laid them out to dry up good. Going to make a tincture with them. They look very good to me! The color is amazing!

Nothing to dislike

This product is absolutely amazing! It always arrives perfect and looks beautiful. I'm extremely impressed with the quality and it has become an absolute necessity.

Disappointed that these mushrooms, even after grinding them and simmering them for hours still produced a very weak decoction. Unlike other Reishi mushrooms I have purchased, these, in my opinion are weak, (possibly old?) and ineffective. I count this one as a loss.

I purchased and used red reishi mushrooms for over 40 years, and I can attests the high quality of this organic product from Starwest Botanicals. Really a good purchase!

Yes, this product is very hard and dry…however, putting it in a blender makes it usable. Tea has a lovely “happy” effect with only a little “spaciness”. I’m impressed. 😊
