These have been a wonderful find. I didn't even know what plantar fasciitis was until I had it. It was not fun. I got some of these while I had it, and it did give immediate comfort and relief, while not solving it, though with other help it did go away. I went about a year without it flaring up again, but when I started to feel it coming on, I ordered a new pair of these (I had not bought another since the first time). These helped provide immediate relief again, and it stopped it in its tracks and after a few days I was completely fine. I would highly recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis issues.

These really were lifesaver for my feet. I put them in all of my tennis shoes. My feet no longer hurt my lower back no longer hurts. They’re a must for me. They’re good quality.

Llevaba semanas con dolor en el talón por fascitis plantar y estas plantillas han sido un alivio total. Desde el primer día que las usé noté la diferencia: menos presión al caminar y mucho más soporte en el arco del pie.Lo mejor es que se adaptan muy bien al zapato sin necesidad de recortarlas, y se sienten firmes pero cómodas. Las he usado tanto para caminar como para estar muchas horas de pie, y han reducido bastante la molestia que sentía al final del día.Son discretas, no se mueven dentro del calzado y realmente ayudan a mejorar la postura y reducir la tensión en la planta del pie. Muy recomendadas si sufres de fascitis plantar o simplemente buscas una buena plantilla con soporte extra.

He don’t fit women’s shoes even at size 10 you are not supposed to come, but I had to cut mine to fit my shoes and not very comfortable. I’m shocked if this company has made inserts like this they got worn down within a month.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried a lot of inserts but these have worked the best. I had mild plantar fasciitis and these inserts alleviated the pain. I'm pretty active and work on my feet most of the day so I'm giving them 5-stars.

These are great! Had sore heels for months. I walk 4-5 miles daily and no more pain. Awesome!!

It says that you dont need to cut these to size, but I still think it would help. They dont exactly fit where I need them to for the most support possible, but they're not bad.
