The label printer is a game changer in productivity
The media could not be loaded. I love this label printer. Easy to use, 1 button setup. The functionality is wonderful and the compatibility with your phone or pc makes this great. The print size is 4x6 and clear. The actual size of the unit is small and compact, it fits onto my desktop tower saving precious desk space. I would buy this again.

Great, compact, easy to use printer.
I have had the Polono PL60 for about a year now and it has made a great addition to my work space. I use it to print shipping labels almost daily and have experienced no issues and the printer continues to work perfectly. Printing is super-fast, taking less than a second to print each label. I use the fanfold labels. The labels are easy to peel off and stick to envelopes, packaging, etc. and the adhesive is very strong. The design and overall look of the printer is quite attractive and the purple color looks nice. The printer is also compact and doesn't take up much desk space.Set-up was a breeze. Simply plug in the printer to a computer with the included USB cable, download the driver from the Polono website and the printer is ready to print in just a few moments.I would definitely reccomend the Polono PL60. The printer expedites the process of printing labels and is a great time-saver.

Perfect for the price!
I’m starting a small business so I did not want to spend $200 on a printer immediately however this printer has been great! It was packaged well and I was pleasantly surprised about the label tray included. Very nice deal for both of them! I have a MacBook and found it fairly easy to install the program. It did take of googling to figure out how to change the printers paper size however once I was able to setup the printer drive fo auto recognize 4x6 labels it’s been super easy. You stick the labels in through the back of the printer and it will do the rest once you close the top. My only complaint is the label doesn’t print as dark as it does when you print a test page. The test page is very crisp and bold so I know the printer is capable of printing well, I just unfortunately haven’t been successful in finding the appropriate settings for my MacBook. If you’re technologically challenged then setup for this may be difficult but again it’s common sense to Google or reach out to the company for help. Setup took about 15 minutes. Can’t wait to start using it more! It doesn’t took up too much space. I was able to fit the paper tray and printer in those cubby hole book shelves. It’s a great label printer for those starting off or want to save a bit of money!

Good thermal printer
I had been printing shipping labels on regular letter paper, cutting them out with scissors, then taping them to my boxes. As my business grew, I wanted something more efficient, and this Polono thermal printer does the job. It feels substantial and sits solidly on the table. A rack was included for holding rolls or stacks of thermal labels. I did have to assemble the rack, but that wasn't difficult.Drivers and a PDF manual are included on a very small thumb drive. The manual is written in good English and is easy to understand. This thing is fast, too. It will print a 4"x6" thermal label in one second flat.I'm a seller on Etsy. I had wasted several labels trying to get this printer to print a label properly on a 4"x6" shipping label. I finally discovered that Etsy lets you select thermal label printing. When I clicked that option, everything started working perfectly.I should note one thing. The product description appears to imply that when you feed the paper into the back of the printer, the printer will grab it and position it for you. That doesn't happen. You have to open the top, position the paper over the roller, and close the top over it. At that point, the paper will position itself. No big deal, but a bit misleading. This thermal printer does not have a standby or low-power sleep mode. You have to turn on the power switch before sending a print job to it.I would recommend this product to a friend.

Perfect little printer! Fast setup, easy to use, prints quickly & efficiently!
I ship a lot of packages and this printer made my life so much easier. The print quality is fantastic and it prints super fast! Love the labels! Saves me so much time. Super easy to install and use. It only took me a few minutes to set up and start printing. It takes up minimal space on my otherwise chaotic desk and I love the purple color for a pop of happy 😊. Highly recommend!! Works just as well as bigger name brands and costs significantly less!

Doesn’t include everything for a Mac
The majority of the set up and use of this item is pretty clear and easy. However!! It only has one adapter for the usb to usb-c and there’s two cords. One is to connect your computer, because this is NOT a WiFi printer like I initially thought, and the other is to plug it into an outlet. But then there’s a gig stick with the software on it and this is where it gets sticky. If you have a Mac put out after 2019 then you need an extra adapter. They’re cheap and easy to find, but if you don’t know you need it then it’s absolutely frustrating to find that out as you’re trying to print a label for something you need to ship that day. This is what happened to me. I had to go to the library, which is exactly what I DIDN’T want to do and the reason I bought a printer, so I could print the labels I purchased and mail out what I had already sold and promised. There should be another adapter in this so you can hook your Mac up to the gig stick and the printer at the same time! Other than that, it’s great. 🤷🏼

Setup was interesting.
When I use the default setting I can't print a 4x6 label. I had to make a custom 4 x 5.97 label. This makes it print the entire label. If you take the defaults it will only print half the label.Anyway, it was easy to connect, turn on, and install the driver. But getting it set up to print once I had it set up was a total bear, but I finally figured out. Kind of like trying to figure out how to use your Costco card and pay with a different card at the pump. There are eight different ways to do it, but only one works.
