This thing was expensive!! BUT- it is always amazing and worth every penny. I’ve been wearing a different type of ankle brace to support my weak foot arch. My ankle is fine- but my podiatrist recommended a brace to help my arch while playing pickleball. I had been wearing a bulky brace that worked well. The problem was it worked so well, my ankle and upper leg were getting sore. I think because they were so immobilized. This brace is very flexible, so my ankle can move, yet is still supported. My leg already feels better, and my arch is still supported.

I am a 60+ year old woman who sprained one ankle and broke the other leg in a fall. My sprained ankle ended up healing very slowly because I was putting stress on it as my broken leg healed. I developed tendonitis in the ankle and so wanted something that would support me while tendonitis healed. This has been so great. the sock itself hugs the area and gives it support and then I can tighten the wrap with the velcro as needed. It fits easily into my sneaker and is not visible with pants. I strongly recommend it!

I had two screws placed and removed in my ankle. I’m getting ready for a backpacking trip being only 5 months post-po. I was looking for some extra support for my ankle. This wrap is great and I feel the tightness to help with inflammation management and the mental side of knowing my ankle is not going to twist.

This product exceeded my expectations. I am a daily runner. I had a sore Achilles. I started using this support and within a couple of days it was feeling back to normal. The product is indeed lightweight and comfortable and did not interfere with my running at all. It will feel "there" at first, sort of like a new filling in a tooth, but then your mind adjusts to its presence, and it just feels, well, supportive! I purchased two, and I am thinking of wearing them protectively, as I am 71, and do worry from time to time that my ankles/feet will break down.

Brace is supportive, but not good for playing soccer in.

Amazon advertises this product as 2 day shipping, it will be 1 week for arrival (took 3 days to initiate the shipping process). If you need something quick this is not the product to get. Especially if you aren’t 100 percent sure on sizing, it will take a month to get a product that fits.
