Quality as Brand New, Very Large Size.
Although stated a a "refurb" it was more like "Brand New". Though a point to note, it is HUGE..... in fact massively larger than the picture suggests.... the horn comes with a little seal, you need a spanner to tighten (easy though). A wall bracket is not supplied, but there is a mounting point available if you choose to buy a wall hook (available from Amazon) , but its so big that even on the ground the handle is at a convenient height. This CO2 extinguisher is amazingly good value compared to a 2kg one... but you need a big space to keep it.... and is maybe the biggest CO2 extinguisher I have seen ever. Before you buy, make sure you have a suitable space to locate it in a convenient place.
