Pros:Very sturdy design, unlikely to break or rip.Big Baxter model pockets will each hold a zip lock bag containing 8 cups of food, so the pockets are fairly large.The number of straps ensure that it generally stays in place, unless you severely unbalance one side with weight.Highly adjustable to fit very large dogs. I could see it fitting St Bernard's, Great Danes, and Mastiffs with no problem.Cons:The straps can be difficult to adjust while on the dog, as they are designed to not accidentally loosen.The description for Big Baxter says it will 50 lb dogs, my 55lb Boxer mix is almost too slender for the adjustments. It's still a little loose, but it works. It's really intended for the upper end of the size range they give.

By far one of the best looking bags out there! Get lots of compliments and it just fits a athletic vibe for a dog. It has a nice stiff section for over the spine, and has multiple ways to adjust the straps. My dog is a little chunky for her height and this size will fit a huge range of weights.I can’t really rate comfort because I’m not a dog wearing it sooo all I can say is my dog doesn’t mind it at all.. so I say it’s comfy?I haven’t had anything break or rip, my dog can pull with power even at 50lbs, but I haven’t tested that fully, so for now it’s very durable.It’s nice having the dog carry their own poop bags and I can fit all my dogs booties for rocky sections. I wouldn't make her carry a water bottle, due to weight offset but you do you lol!I also don’t keep it super tight, due to walking sitting laying down etc, but it will shift side to side from pulling so people with OCD watch out lol.Overall I recommend vs paying double the money for a bag that does the same, and if something does rip you won’t cry too much,Enjoy!

Its made well and does its job. I do wish the straps where designed differently. They're very hard to adjust, its not like a normal strap that you just pull the excess to tighten, then lift the plastic buckle to release. Its the kind where the strap is looped through twice, so you have to loosen both layers. And after hiking with my Stevie dawg the metal clip for the leash, I wish wasn't metal. Its loud and clanky. I will probably cut that off, and just clip the leash, to the strap webbing that holds that metal bottle cap clip on.The fit is well for her size. I got the small. 30-85lb. Stevie's 50lbs, but isn't a big dog, she's kinda shorter and stocky. But the backpack fits fine. It tends to sometimes slip towards the side you are walking on. Meaning the leash I feel, may cause the pack to twist. But I don't have it very tight.

Did a 7 miler last week with my pups, had no issues with the pack. I think it's helpful to balance the load though. Decent price and she can carry her own water and snacks

Was a great kit, yet it’s getting worn. So I replaced it with a kit that has more options.Still usable, a little frayed. ( Although I enjoyed the Kurgo, I went with another brand, only because the new one is modular, and holds two bladders for water. Has a chest shield (although a separate purchase).).The Good:Has two Zippered compartments on the saddlebags.Lightweight, and easily worn.Stylish, brought many compliments.The bad:Looks worn after a year, or so, of service.Thank youNicholas

Ordered this for our 78lb Black Lab. The pack fit according to the sizing instructions and has decent storage. However, I found the padding and support to be very inadequate compared to the leading doggo backpack maker. The quality just wasn't there. I'm sure this would be suitable for a lighter load for a day hike, but this will not work for longer adventures with more weight.

The backpack looks very nice, well finished and sturdy. As a previous review mentioned, there is a small flaw, The bottom sternum strap is connected to the first chest strap by a sewn loop that is inconveniently located between the buckle and the plastic piece that you adjust the size with. This means that if you must make the chest strap longer, the bottom sternum loop is confined to a smaller and smaller space that is also not centered. Well... not worth the return. It's an easy fix. Cut the end of the strap and reorganize the plastic parts. I did it and now, I can adjust everything perfectly to my growing English Mastiff. I have a lot more room, for him to grow, than I thought. I think this backpack is going to last him quite a while. It took me a little bit of time to adjust everything perfectly (time to figured out how the straps worked). Now, my pup is all excited to go for a walk with his new bag.The pockets are pretty large and can accommodate 2 to 3 plastic bottles (depending on the size of it) for the big Baxter. I was wondering what the metal part was in front for, and once I read the label i found out it was a bottle opener 🤣

The media could not be loaded.  Great backpack, upper straps seem to loosen up a bit with a few runs. First day in the pack so maybe it's settling in. If not I'll sew it in place after I find the right adjustments, overall he seems comfortable and able to move freely. Can't say enough how great it having him carry his own bowls, food, etc!Note : First few times putting your dog in a pack, keep the pack lighter than you eventually will! Even my strong pure bred Siberian Husky Boy (Rio) was noticeably tired today after a hike we've done several times without the pack. He was carrying 1/3 of the weight I expect him to carry in a few months from now when we are actually out backpacking! Safe travels

Très bon article, très satisfait de mon achat, voici les points que je peux relever après quelques utilisations:- Les coutures sont de bonnes qualités.- Harnais en Y, parfait pour ne pas bloquer les épaules du chien !- Pris dans la plus petite taille pour une chienne de type malinois, 26 kgs, il m’a fallu beaucoup raccourcir les sangles (a supposer que des chiens de - de 20 kgs ne pourront pas le porter convenablement- Les fermetures éclairs ont l’air bonne mais je ne l’ai pas assez utilisé dans le temps pour donner un avis concret.Pour conclure, c’est un super produit pour ceux qui n’ont pas le budget pour des sacs de bât haut de gamme, dépassant souvent les 130€. Ma chienne n’a à priori pas l’air gênée par celui ci.En espérant que vous trouverez ce commentaire utile et qu’il vous aidera dans le choix de votre harnais équipe de sacoches ☺️
