Great sweeper and over-the-top customer service
The media could not be loaded. I've only had this one for a day, so I don't have a long-term report on it, but in initial testing, I was surprised by how amazing of a job it does on my shop and workshop floors - besides a few sections of 100-year-old hardwood flooring, a lot of my floors are thick plate steel.Where am I using it? I have a house with a roughly 6000sf attached shop, warehouse, and multipurpose space that I do everything from leatherwork to carpentry to 3d printing and light electronics fabrication in, so on the scale of "warehouses" it's small, but it's a lot for me. Between ordinary dust, coarse and fine sawdust, scraps of packing material (cardboard, paper, styrofoam), leaves and other debris that get tracked in, it's really hard to keep up!This thing is gonna be a lifesaver. I cleaned a few areas last night that would ordinarily take a good bit of effort with a garage broom and a dust mop and shop vac and it got WAY more of the light dust that I don't get up with other methods. This morning, I took it out into the parking lot that's currently COVERED in leaves (and wet). It easily made a clean path through it, collecting the leaves in the bin making it easy to dump. Wet leaves obviously aren't ideal - they're heavy and quickly get clumped up - but it was a great test for one of the main reasons I originally purchased it: I get heavy leaf debris outside during fall and really wanted something that would make for quick and easy cleanup. This works! The sweeper folds up nicely for storage and transport - that was an unexpected benefit. The handle folds down by loosening a couple knobs and it sits on its end. There's even a carry handle which makes it easy to carry through doorways or other narrow areas that it wouldn't easily roll through. It's heavy but not unwieldy. And now for the customer service: The first unit I received had been mishandled by the carrier who ignored the "this end up" and "handle with care" markings - the box was mangled, even the styrofoam packing inside had been broken up, and one of the brush mount arms was badly damaged. I reached out to the seller on Saturday fully expecting it to be Monday before I heard back, but I heard back almost immediately. The seller apologized for the carrier's carelessness, asked if I wanted a replacement, I said yes, and that was that! I had a replacement on Wednesday - no quibbling about shipping back the original (huge, heavy) unit. I'm so used to companies using "buyer pays return shipping" as a way to try to get out of replacing broken products that this was liberating.I'd buy from them again, without question.UPDATE: A year and a half later, I’m still very pleased. Naturally there are spots with heavy debris (piles of sawdust, etc) that I spot vacuum but for giving a large space a solid sweeping it’s terrific. I take this over an area for any loose bits of medium to larger debris, follow with a large dust mop for fine dust and that’s usually all that’s needed. It’s continued to operate just fine. For the broken unit that I received originally (see above) I managed to effect a half-assed repair epoxying some pieces back together and fabricating a replacement pulley, and it’s been my parking lot unit ever since. Even sitting in the 100+ degree summer sun, sometimes, or getting rained on occasionally, it’s also remained a terrific workhorse for tidying up when I don’t quite want to leaf blow it.

much easier than a broom and dustpan
For large areas, this is the best option.

Disappointing Experience with Sunmax Sweeper - A Total Letdown
I recently purchased the Sunmax Sweeper with high hopes of simplifying my cleaning routine, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear that quality control was not a priority for Sunmax. Firstly, the sweeper arrived with multiple broken parts, rendering it practically useless straight out of the packaging. (several essential components were damaged beyond repair.) Adding insult to injury, the Sunmax Sweeper was covered in a layer of grime and dust. It was evident that the product had not undergone any quality checks before being shipped out. I expected a brand new, pristine cleaning tool, but instead, I received something that seemed like it had been collecting dust in a forgotten warehouse for years.Overall, the Sunmax Sweeper has been a complete disappointment. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product unless they enjoy wasting time and money on a poorly manufactured and poorly managed piece of equipment. Save yourself the frustration and opt for a more reputable brand with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Worth the investment
It does a nice job! Not much effort to push and cleans my 10000 square foot warehouse in under 1/2 hour. I have a scrap yard so the dirt here is endless. This makes life so much easier.

Still trying to figure it out.
It is not really meeting my expectations; it does not pick up everything. It leaves debris behind.I would like to replace it with the battery operated one, small size. I will continue to test it.It is a bit expensive based on the quality of it Performance.

Exceeded my expectations
This push sweeper was purchased from Floor Scrubber USA through Amazon. It arrived, literally, more than a week earlier than expected. It was packaged well and the minor assembly was documented good enough to follow and easy to do. I'm cleaning a large property that is close to the beach (plenty of sand blows in) and has failing asphalt with a lot of gravel accumulation. I chose one of the worst areas of the property, about 300 sq. ft., to use as a test. This push sweeper did a really good job! I don't know exactly how much gravel, dirt, and sand each pass collected, but it was easily 10 - 20 lbs each. I'm using it on broken asphalt with a bumpy surface so it's a workout to be sure. But it beats using a push broom then picking the piles up with a dustpan. I've only done this one area so far and if anything changes, I'll update this review. But so far I'm very satisfied.
