An OK door closer.
Has the right adjustments and better hardware than the piece-o-@#$% it was replacing. BUT when I tried to remove the armshoe for this application, nothing I could do would budge the screw. Finally took to a friend who does metalwork. He called me a @##$% and said he'd show me how a real man does it. That didn't work either. I guess real men are overrated. Finally drilled it out with a drill press. A quick and easy job almost killed an afternoon. Still, I know what to do now and the price was right. I'll get the same thing next time I need to replace a door closer.

Did Not Last Long
Closer began leaking oil and allowing our door to slam after less than two years of use. You can see in the picture where oil is running down the front of the unit.
