Was packaged well but I could not use it

Does not work, non-responsive manufacturer and seller.
Purchased Pekoko LB100 , but received in the box a Pekoko LB100S which is not performing group files as found in the manual. Asked question on Amazon but seller did not respond. Sent message directly to manufacturer but they have not responded. BUYER BEWARE! Would have rated 0 stars if it was an option.

Works well but doesn't cure appropriately on plastic
Device itself works well. Is easy to use. The supplied ink however doesn't dry on plastic though it says it does.
