Will not work for Indians. Let's get this clear and said that it would work for Indians. Understand it's aftermarket so I thought I would have to do a couple things to it. But not the whole base plate. False advertisement

2005 Harley XL1200CRequired modification in order to fit correctly. There is no provision for the factory ECU block. Once succesfully mounted, it looks good and is very comfortable. There is a bit of play at the nose hinge point that I will be adding a nylon or brass bushing to. Metal quality is good and sturdy. Comes painted in a durable black. Seat cushion is well made and comfortable. Springs are a good stiffness for me (195#) and my buddy (225#) had my heaviest friend (365#) sit it and he was able to 'bottom' the springs by bouncing hard. Wouldve given 5 stars except it was not a direct 'bolt on' to my bike as it was advertised.

Received the seat today and was disappointed with quality control.. the paint was flaking off and reveling rust underneath. The seat itself is nice and the springs are solid. It just came a lot smaller then I was expecting.
