The product is very good and very user friendly, helpful for very tough and rough stains,i selected this product after seeing many high pressure motors,i m from tamilnadu Chennai here also some local products are available but after service very poor or sometimes no picking up phone calls,this starq 2.8 model is basic model i purchased,that itself very pakka, purchasing higher model also very much worth,reacently i have contacted the company proper feedback and follow up by the starq company people's,so i hope this company keep their words,what they are promising in their promotion videos, buying karchar,bosch is too costly,same output this is giving,ill strongly suggests and worth for money 💯👍

Works fantastic and beyond. Thanks Amazon for listening. First I had received a damaged one, but after contacting customer care, we received a replacement with a brand new product. All accessories mentioned in the box are provided, ease of using and assembling the parts, hose pipe is very long so that you do not jeed to carry the machine, from the throw of water we could see the motor is very powerful, noise level is ok, portable and easy to carry.
