Do you use a regular pillow case over tempur-pedic cool luxury pillow protector?

Absolutely. The case just protects your pillow. It is washable also. I fabreeze my pillows during wastime.

We have the tempurpedic queen size pillow and it fit perfectly.

Hi I found my original cover was fine but used an additional cover on first use and found it to be cool as I have a high body temp hope this helps
