I just attempted to weigh it on my bathroom scale, but it doesn't weigh enough to register. Next, I weighed myself with and without the iron in hand. The difference was less than 2 pounds. Lastly, I picked up a 2# weight in one hand and compared to the iron... the iron felt lighter. Hope that helps a bit.

Q: Has anyone else experienced water coming out of the slot where the power cord goes? My Mueller iron just did and it was brown dirty water.

Mine leaks water when ironing, but I think it leaks from the steam holes, and yes, it's brown dirty water which appears to be rust. Very disappointing, especially since I've only used it a few times.

Ethereal is no off setting; you just unplug. I’ve been sewing masks and find it easy to leave on. When I do turn unplug it/tun it off, it heats up very quickly. Hope this helps! I’m very pleased with it.
