While this fulfills its purpose, it's not without it's drawbacks. The tabs are pre-marked, so unless you're planning on putting things in exactly how they suggest with the tabs, organization can be a little bit trick. We got around this by using a label maker to cover the pre-existing tab names. We're using this mostly for medical expenses and taxes and receipts for auto year by year. Another small annoyance is that it does not want to stand up on it's own when it is open and extended.Other than the pre-labelled folders, this works great. It is nice for organizing, sturdy, holds quite a bit of paperwork, and feels to be made of quality materials. It doesn't take up a lot of room, and feels like it's going to last quite a while.Just to note, the pictures were taken before I put the labels on, or put anything important in it.

I'll keep it brief. I was looking for some organisers and got this, they arrived and I was unhappy with the quality of the product and the space provided. The pre-labelled dividers don't make much sense and restrict the usage unless you cut some out and re-label.Sent it back.An update to this review... the price is ridiculous, do yourself a favour and buy one from staples $8 and better quality.

En general de bastante buena calidad exceptuando la manija y el broche que parece que eventualmente se van a terminar rompiendo, al principio era difícil abrirla hasta que estuvo parcialmente llena.Por lo demás los materiales de la carcasa y de los compartimentos se sienten bastante resistentes y aparte tiene unas cintas para reforzar a los costados aunado a que es un tanto difícil encontrar carpetas de tamaño oficio es recomendable.

Bought it the first time, broken clips to lock the organizer were delivered. Requested to replace with new one (should have just returned it)The replaced organizer was not broken, but the clip broke same way as previous one within a week.Would not recommend it. Waste of money.

I'm using this for sand paper storage. There are enough pockets to to store grits from 40 to 600 (each grit being in its own separate pocket). Grits 800-3000 are combined in one pocket, and micro grits are combined in another. I've still got 3-4 extra pockets. If you're having trouble coming up with a sand paper storage system, try this product.
