Excellent laptop
Laptop works really well. I bought because I do astro-imaging outside at night and everything gets soaked with dew, so wanted a laptop that can handle that. This works great. Only issue was the fingerprint reader does not work, but I was not going to use that anyway. Laptop is fast and boots up in under 30 seconds with SSD DRIVE

4 months later the battery stopped working
Laptop worked great for a few months, it's actually a very solid laptop. But now, 4 months later, the battery does not work anymore, laptop has to be plugged to work. I contacted the seller and they said it's 90 days warranty, buy your own battery. 90 days which is too short for a refurbished item! Spent over 600 dollars on this and now I have to but a new battery!! Ridiculous.

Not worth your time
We purchased this knowing it was refurbished, but assumed it would last at least a year. It only lasted 7 months and the computer tech couldn't even get into it. It completely died. NO more Dell for us! Would not waste your time.

Did not meet my expectations!
Battery from 2017 worn out. Held very little charge. CMOS battery as well as the 5414 would not keep Date and Time. The Dell 5414 is an awesome fully featured Rugged Laptop by design.

Missing customer service, bad battery
The description of the product is supposed to be "Excellent" condition, on the description it says the battery can last up to 12 hours, actually only last 1 hour or less.Submitted a ticket to the seller and 2 emails not responded.
