Crave iPhone SE [2016](1st gen) Case, Dual Guard Protection Series Case for iPhone 5 / 5s / SE - Black

I pretty much like everything about it.1. It has a perfect compromise between grip and smoothness. It slips in and out of your pocket, but feels secure in your hand.2. I like the buttons. They protrude out about the right amount and the chrome finish looks nice. The buttons also have a very positive feel/sound when you click them. The only exception is the power button which doesn't have that nice feel, this may be a defect in my case and this is my only gripe.3. It accepts aux cable (headphone) plugs with fairly wide heads.Some cases have an opening that is too small.4. It's just a very simple, good looking case.I've no idea how well it protects the phone. Time, and a few drops, will tell.

This is a perfect case for the iPhone 5SE. The product description on the site is accurate. The wrap-around protection is top notch... and speaking of notch; yes all openings for the charging cord, speaker, and that little toggle to silence the phone, are perfect. Hard to believe this item is not made by Apple, Inc.Anyway, the other perfect features are the buttons. The power button and the volume buttons feels well made and the contrasting silver color against the black case is a very nice touch. (No pun intended.) - But I have to believe that all these have been said before... So, what else can be said that hasn't been said before? This is just a very well-made product. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an iPhone 5SE case.

Good fit on older phone. Total all-around phone protection.

So far, this case has been great! It's sturdy while still being slim, and very aesthetically pleasing. The back of the case is textured enough so that my butterfingers won't easily drop it, but even if I do drop it face down (which hasn't happened yet -- knock on wood!), the case does have a thin lip that goes above the actual phone to help evenly distributed the impact of a fall to hopefully reduce any damage to the screen.The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five was because the portion of the case that surrounds the headphone jack is a bit too small in my opinion. I don't have super slender Apple earbuds (which would likely plug in just fine), I actually have these (Panasonic ErgoFit In-Ear Earbud Headphones RP-HJE120-A (Blue) Dynamic Crystal Clear Sound, Ergonomic Comfort-Fit) and the plug in portion is too big for this case. While I'm still able to plug them in and use them, if I move the phone around too much they have the tendency to unplug fairly easily, which is a little frustrating but not enough to actually get a new case (or new ear buds!).Other than that, a quality case for a great price!

This case is exactly what I was looking for. It fits snugly on the phone without being difficult to remove. I like the fact that it doesn't add much bulk to the phone, but the material is thick enough to protect the phone from low impact falls. The texture of the case is comfortable in my hand and actually makes it easier to hold than without the case. The holes for access to all ports are ample enough to allow for all plugs and the ringer toggle is easily accessible. It's a basic case, not fancy, but provides the minimal protection I wanted with the extra grip I need. This case, along with a tempered glass screen protector should provide all the protection needed for average daily use.

I needed to replace the soft plastic case that I had on my first generation iPhone SE after it broke. I can have any phone I want but I bought the SE because it is small and fits easily in my pocket. I read reviews for a bunch of cases before settling on this one. The textured hard plastic on this one feels nice and grippy in the hand, but, unlike a silicone case, slides easily in an out of my pocket. I especially like the on/off button on the top and the volume buttons on the side - they work great and are really easy to use to control the phone. Also, the black color with chrome colored buttons looks really nice. If I ever get another phone, I will get another one of these cases for it (if they make one for that model). Best phone case I ever bought. Definitely an excellent purchase!

Good overall. It has some sharped edges that should have been smoothed during the production.
