Amazing and covered ugly blue bathtub / shower
This stuff works really well. We used it in our rental to cover an old blue 80s bathtub, instead of replacing it. It took 4 kits to cover it because it was a full enclosure with even a ceiling. But it worked. It smells really bad, like seriously nasty chemicals. You will need adequate ventilation and an N95 mask. This stuff is no joke. You also have a window of 3-4 hours before it hardens. If one person gets light headed from the crazy smell, it’s nice to have a second person to tag in. It covers really well, and it does not chip off over time with shower usage. We are going on one year, and it still looks great. I would recommend having lots of rollers available. The foam ones work best. This stuff is mega thick, and the rollers go bad quickly. You will also need sponge brushes for detail and tons of those because the thickness of the stuff will cause those to break a lot.

cheap, permanent and professional looking
second time using this stuff. worked great on an old pink iron tub. works great on an almond colored fiberglass tub. when prepped properly, it does not wear, crack, bubble or peel. i've had great results with both tubs i've refinished.

Quite complicated to apply, good results
I followed all the instructions very carefully but being my jacuzzi little tiles floor and living in a tropical country, I let it dry for 7 days. The result is very good, a little slippering even that I applied the included product for creating a rougher surface.Be serious with the ventilation, the smell is very strong particularly the primer.

I have a new bath tub 😀
On the house we just bought the bath tub had flaking paint on the bath tub, I acquired this kit to refinish it, first step was to completely sand off the previous paint given it was already falling off. I used a sander to remove it faster. Then I proceeded to apply the new paint, applying it is straight forward. One thing to consider, the instructions tell you to apply the anti-skid at the bottom of the tub as step 1, if you do this don't use the same roller as the sand will get all over the other surfaces.Overall, very satisfied with the outcome, we've been using the tub as a shower only for 45 days now and the paint looks great, hopefully it will last for a couple of years.Don't forget to buy a good mask and have ventilation, the odor is heavy.

It did a good job at first
My bath tub was old looking but after two months I noticed it’s starting to pull

Old tub looks brand new!
This tub refinish kit was easy to use and apply. Read the instructions and apply in a well ventilated room since this stuff stinks for two days. I used painters tape around all the edges then dabbed the product into all corners with a cheap foam brush, then used a foam roller for the textured area, waited 45 minutes, then used a new roller for the entire tub. It went on easily but you need good light to see where you may have missed full coverage sine it’s so shiny and uniform. Put the roller in a ziplock bag when done and don’t touch it for an hour, then come back and look for any drips, then use the roller to fix any spots easily. I messed up and leaned on the edge with a rag in my hand and thought I ruined it. I scraped off the area and used the same roller to fix the mess up in a second. Whew! It is so sticky and wet for a while you’ll want to close the door and stay out for 24 hours. Looks like a brand new glossy tub and the textured bottom is a great feature! Saved $300 doing this myself.

Do not buy!
First pic is after one coat, second pic is two coats. In the areas the paint did stick there were so many air bubbles. I followed cleaning instructions to a T. The smell was so strong it gave me a headache even with a mask. No mixing ratio so you have to mix all the paint and hardener at once. Instructions say you have one hour to use. I did stretch it and it was fine. I had to buy 4 of these for a small half bath and it was still awful. Was pealing off in huge pieces. I ended up tearing it all down. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend.

This works and it works great!
First: don't breathe it in. Seriously. It's the most noxious fumes I've ever smelled ever.Second: this works AMAZINGLY.We had to refinish a tub that was approx 70 years old (steel/iron tub casted white) in a house where people had previously smoked for 30+ years. While we tore down every wall and sanded the paint off the ceilings we could never get the staining out the tub and there were chips from where we removed the previous sliding shower doors. This reglazed the tub to look like new. Absolutely easy to do and brilliant. Highly recommend.
