The photos really don’t do these gorgeous steak knives any justice. They are polished, super sharp and very ergonomically friendly to handle. They also look great with your finest silverware. One poster mentioned that they bought these for customers to use at their restaurant. I can certainly see why, they are almost too nice for restaurant usage. I will never place these in the dishwasher because I want to preserve the exquisite wood finish on the handles. Great value, heavy duty stainless steel and high quality workmanship.

The knives cut great. High quality. Love the weight and how they fit your hand. Great value for the money. Get many compliments on them from guests.

The handles are gorgeous wood. They are VERY sharp (i.e. cut myself washing them already). So there is a need to be careful when washing them. Also a bit unfortunate, but they can't be washed in the dishwasher and need to be dried and put away after washing. But it is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Purchased for a restaurant. They look good and they take a beating. They are washed in a commercial dishwasher so the handles have lost their shine but the knives still look good. No signs of rust on the blades so it's safe to assume they are the grade of stainless steel in the description.Only fault is that out of 3 sets purchased I have received several knives with loose tangs. When the handle is squeezed together with minimal force it does seem to remedy the problem with little effort and none have come loose since. That being said I was annoyed when some had an initial rattle out of the box. Overall I will purchase again and am satisfied with the quality for the price.

Great set !

At first blush, i was very pleased. Comfortable handle, sharp cutting edge. However, once out of the dishwasher, i noticed rust and other stains. Then i tried hand washing and drying - more stains- looks dirty!Very disappointed.

This knife set is beautiful and they are very, very sharp. I like a jumbo handle and the ones on these knives are perfect!

The finish failed on one of the knives already
