Für mich ein Must-Read
Aufbauend auf Hatties Studien bietet Donohoo einen wirklich praktikablen Ansatz eine Schule weiter zu entwickeln. Ob das an einer "normalen" Schule funktioniert, sei dahingestellt, aber jeder der Schulentwicklung macht, könnte dieses Buch ziemlich spannend finden.

Just what I was looking for!
Donohoo does a great job summarizing the latest research along with providing practical examples of how to boost collective teacher efficacy in schools. The protocols provided at the back of the book were particularly helpful.
