They get dark and hard- seem like they work
Only tried for two nights so far, but seems like they work. Adhesive was great- I put them on right after I showered, so my feet were clean. Comfortable- wore socks over them in bed. They didn’t have much fragrance/smell either before or after use. Easy to remove, although I did have to wash my feet in the morning to get the adhesive off. So far so good.

Best foot pads I’ve tried
These are the best foot pads I’ve tried. I like how there are different ones like ginger, lavender, etc. I wear these to bed at night as needed and I wake up feeling snatched all over.

Interesting Item
I used these a couple of times and can’t confirm that I got better sleep or anything and I noticed when I run it under water they still turn black. So do they simply turn black because of moisture? Because with that being said I find it hard to believe it’s actually absorbing the toxins from my body thru my feet.
