This is a great supplement for all the reasons other reviewers mention. Got the grape first and I thought it was good, if a little concentrated in flavor. I like it best with some ice! Next I thought I would try the watermelon flavor so I bought the big one. Oops, turns out the watermelon is not a very concentrated flavor, and by the time I get to the bottom of the shaker I almost can't stomach it. So from now on I'll stick with the grape!

You can spend a lot more money for nothing more than this. It works great for me. Nowhere near the price of some stuff that does nothing for me. I will be buying it again.

Excellent taste and a great post-workout recovery drink

At the age of 35, my body has been feeling sore after hitting the gym 4x a week & running anywhere from 10-30 miles a week. I was looking for something to help with energy boosts but also something that’ll help my body recover faster. This product seemed to help with both. Overall, it’s a great product. Tastes good and does what is advertised. I’ll consider buying again once I need a refill.

Es increíble como trabaja este producto yo cuando entrenaba piernas los dolores me duraban 5 y hasta seis días,compré este suplemento para usarlo como prentreno ,ya que entreno en las mañanas a veces en ayunas desde q lo uso el primer día me recupero mucho más rápido de mis entrenamientos pero de una forma inexplicable ,el hambre desaparece en cuanto tomo el primer sorbo , y los deseos de entrenar aumentan ,el sabor de ponche de frutas es esquisito no he probado otros, lo bautizo desde ahora como bebida del dios Hércules,,,

BSN products are always delicious, yes it higher calories, but I need them! Super easy to use, mixes completely with water and is like a treat before/during/after a work out and haSlow greatly with recovery and minimizing DOMS! Smell and taste are AMAZING! No stimulants so no jitters or sleep disturbance! Quality products! You get a good amount for the price! Recommend, I will be purchasing again for sure!

Yeah, this didn't work out for me, extremely gassy . Although some good increases in pr's, I had to discontinue. Hopefully the rest don't have these problems, all depends on your biome.
