Pretty Good Costume
My son picked this out and it turns out it was a pretty good pick! As mentioned by others the head piece is kind of awkward, but the body suit is fine. We ordered a size up and got the medium. My son is 6 years old and about 51 inches in height for reference. Easy to take on and off. Think it should hold up for Halloween if we decide to use it then. Would purchase again.

Very happy with this supersonic purchase
My nephew recently watched the Sonic movie and now he runs around pretending to be a supersonic hedgehog, 😆. I got this for his 5th birthday and he LOVES it. He's a very BIG & TALL kid for his age. I bought the Med (8-10) thinking he could grow in to it. But it fits him perfectly, now. If you have a bigger than average kid...go up a size. And be prepared for your kiddo to refuse taking it off.

PERFECT
I got this for my son he loves it. He loves to dress up so it was perfect. The material is breathable. Looks durable. We will see if it will hold up to 6 year old standards

Expensive but What We Wanted
While my son loved the costume, and it was warm, I was disappointed in the head gear/hair. We never could really get it to stand up. He didn't care and still uses it often ❤

The body part is ok, the head part was a disappointment.
Costume is pretty standard, but the hood is garbage! The spikes on Sonics head are thin flimsy cloth covered foam, they don’t stand away from the head at all, they just flop over like the dorsal fin of an orca whale in captivity. The seams of the hat/hood were uneven, the ears pointed in opposite directions, like not in a cool way, like in a poorly assembled way. As I had little choice on affordable Sonic costumes, I decided to just buy a different hat that is listed on amazon, the replacement hat is a plush stuffed spikes and fits comfortably (although a little big) on my 7 year old’s head.

Worth the price paid.
Fit and design were great! However it is true about the head piece. It’s flat and does not stick up. BUT I used hair clips to keep the pieces standing for about a week before use and it helped.
