Q: can you use these with an instanpot to hold chicken when making stews or soups?

I do not see why not. I use them in our rotisserie (set it & forget it) and they hold up great!

Q: Where is this made from?

Sorry, there isn't anything on the package that says where these are made, but the company name is "LeCaze Co." They are fabulous, however. I used them to hold a stuffed flank steak together on the barbecue and they held everything together perfectly.

I feel that these should be fine, in an air fryer, they are good for up to 500 degrees, in an oven, roaster, or even an oil fryer so I would think that they would be fine for you.
