Resistance training bands that work!
These work great, offer 3 different tensions (stretchability) , 3 colors to identify easy, medium and hard tensions. I wash mine in the washing machine and hang to dry. I have had mine for a few years, use them off and on depending on the group fitness schedule. Can use for legs or arms, a lot of resistance training options with these. I would recommend
