Ordered 2 bottles, received one broken! Taste very bad.If you are interested in L-Carnitine I recommend using Now foods liquid which has double this amount in one table spoon 3000 MG with a very good taste and that's the benefit of using Stevia leaf "organic sweeter" without any extra calories!

The carnitine does its job, I sweat significantly more when I use it pre-workout with a shot of espresso; my body fat percentage has gone down. However, I will not be ordering carnitine from this brand anymore. There is sodium benzoate in it, which should be avoided at all costs. Also, the flavor is iffy. However, the carnitine itself works splendidly when used alongside exercise.

I didn't believe this would work. But, there is a magic elixir in this bottle! I drink one spoon 5 minutes before gym and I feel like I can work out twice longer and faster. I can't say how L-Carnitine helps losing weight, but it helps me to work out more. When I drink it in the morning I feel more energy during the day.

We take for mitochondrial disease, and this is a great product. Competitors are not free form and this makes a big difference!
