What are the instructions for cooking rice? i.e. How much water & how much rice and how long do you cook it in the microwave?

I do 2 cups rice and 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 cups water in microwave for 5 minutes for white ru mice. It comes with instructions for different types of rice. Easy and rice has come out fluffy the two times I have tried it.

Does the inner lid fit snugly in the outer lid so that both remove at one time? Otherwise, the inner lid is very hot.

No, but you can remove it without burning your hands. I LOVE this product, Actually the 3L is very very large, so I did purchase the smaller one which is great for 2 people. YOU will NOT be disappointed if you purchase! Wonderful product

I didn't get the spoon. Does this product come with a spoon?
