UTG Leapers MT-RSX5S Inc Super Slim Picatinny Riser Mount, 1/2" Height, 3 Slots, Black

These 1/2" risers from UTG are without a doubt one of the sleekest, strongest, and well made offerings from the company. The fit and finish of these risers were extremely better than expected, and they lock-up like a vice to your picatinny rail!!! One side of the riser has a cut out to reduce weight ( they are super light already ), while the other side has two (2) star keyed screws along with spring tensioners to secure the riser to your rail. The risers come with the star keyed Allen wrench, and once tightened down......these risers look amazingly awesome!!! No bolts sticking out, no knobs to clutter the works, and no levers like the quick-disconnect risers that seem so popular. I have these risers mounted to several of my AR platforms chambered in 5.56, and after 100's of rounds down range....these risers don't budge a bit!!! They perform as if they were welded to your firearm......which means one less part to be concerned about while just shooting paper, or out on a hunt. If your scope is mounted properly on these risers....be assured that your zero will stay on point regardless of the abuse your rifle takes!!!! These are my new favorite riser choice, and I will be purchasing more as needed from UTG!!!

The item is sturdy, well made and fits perfectly. I'm going to guess the reviews on here claiming it doesn't fit a picatinny rail might not have an actual picatinny rail to mount it on. It fits perfect and my red dot sight fits perfectly on it. After quite a bit of range time, it is still hanging on tight.

A name brand riser for the AEMS is $150. This is a quality mount and you can't tell it's there. Blends into the AEMS frame. Best $15 in 2024.

It feels very nicely made.That said, I have a railed gas block that is not even with the top rail. I was hoping this would work, but it’s a wee bit too high for my purpose at this time.I would have given a 5*, but I want to draw attention since I suspect a fair number would look at it for same reason I did.

I bought the .5” riser for my TRS-25 because I’m not tying to co-witness with iron sights. I wanted something that would allow good cheek weld and be simple and light weight. The height was perfect for my cheek on a Magpul SL stock. As other reviewers have said, I was really impressed with the machining. Everything looks clean with a nice radius on all the edges. I’m not sure how they sell this so cheap. The only part that didn’t look as high quality are the screws. I put a little loctite on them which actually gives it a little lubrication as it goes in, then should keep it snug once it sets. And the package includes an extra screw and the torx wrench to install so even that small complaint isn’t a huge deal. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple low profile riser.

It's a riser for an optic. Solid construction, locks up fine on the rail. Raises your optic by half an inch. I'm very satisfied with what I got and the price I got it at.

Incredibly well made, light weight and a nice smooth slick finish. Mounted my Magpul flip up sights on them and it worked beautifully to give me a 1.93” co witness height. Great price, highly recommend these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's a half inch picatinny rail riser. It does exactly what you need it to. Zero complaints.
