It's hard as heck to live without trust issues when you open an Amazon Renewed box... and the phone is in pristine condition.Well, save that but for one exception. There was a tiny microscopic scratch on my sim card key.I won't stand for it!But I'll sit all day for this amazing phone.. I looked at this months ago and the wrong voices in my head talked me out of it.Never listen to them, Big Daddy.Now, I saw the light and made the best decision ever. The phone shipped with Android 11... quick flash and bam!!! Android 13.There's not a single thing bad to say.The renewer vendor.... I didn't like that you cannot wirelessly charge the phone but I wasn't expecting this much bang for your buck for the money I paid. I have an s22 ultra that was being repaired due to a factory defect I need a phone while it was shipped back and forth to Samsung which by the way also when smoothly and they gave me a free case. I used the a71 for 2 weeks and can't believe a 5G phone with a great display and that amount of storage which is also expandable can be that inexpensive. It's important to note that this phone is banned for most trade-in promotions/lists.

My 14 year old son chose this phone and purchased with money he saved. So far the phone works great and the colors on the screen are vibrant. I took one star away because it is dinged on every corner. I put a case on it so you can't even see it. I expected to get the phone the following Monday but received it earlier on Friday.

This is the best phone I've had in a long time and I didn't have to listen to some untrained person to tell me about the phone and how to set it up. I'm over 60 and I did it myself. It does exactly what it describes and more, the battery charge last all day. And you cannot beat the price. This was a great buy!

BUYER BEWARE, DONT BUY AN EXPENSIVE PAPER WEIGHT THAT CANT BE UNLOCKED, SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SELLING LOCKED PHONESI've recently upgraded thru T-Mobile from 2 of these A71 5G devices to S24 Ultra, however they CAN'T UNLOCK DEVICES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PURCHASED THRU THE CARRIER, I even tried to get it unlocked thru SAMSUNG.COM and THEY TOO WILL NOT HONOR THIS, REFERRED BACK TO THE CARRIERIF YOUR LOOKING INTO SAVING MONEY, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BUY AN UNLOCKED PHONE AND VERIFY THAT IT IS UNLOCKED, BEEN TRYING TO GET TWO OF THESE A71 5G UNLOCKED SO THEY CAN BE PASSED DOWN, NOW THEY ARE JUST PAPER WEIGHT...

On one hand, the phone itself is great. It has a large and beautiful display, a fast and smooth performance, and a decent camera. It supports 5G and has plenty of storage space. It is easy to use and has all the features I need. I am very happy with the phone and I think it is worth the price. It also came with a charger and other accessories, and it looked new and clean. On the other hand, the battery was terrible. It was defective and I had to replace it myself at extra cost. It did not last long and it drained quickly. It was very frustrating and inconvenient. I was very disappointed with the battery and the quality of the renewal. I think this listing should have checked the battery and replaced it before selling it. I would not recommend buying from it. If you want this phone, get it new or from a more reliable source. It is a good phone, but a bad battery.

Got this phone refurbished and it came looking like new! Works great, no problems. The only problem I thought I might have was the battery but that turns out to be ok. A full day with average use. Fast 5 g. Locked to T-Mobile which was fine since I already had a T-Mobile account.
