These pads are weird. First of all I don't like the shape and secondly they are not as long as I expected. You should take lessons from the Exact brand. They are the right length and feel comfortabe. Unfortunately I couldn't find them in Amazon so thought poise was a close second but they changed the shape and length. Not I happy camper.Update:Thought I would add after trying these for the second time these pads feel like cardboard. You would think they could make them a little softer. The only thing I can say good is the price isn't too bad. Sorry Poise but they are just too stiff.

I have used these for nearly a decade and rely on them! These are an essential part of senior life. I find them so costly!! I am always watching for sales at the department stores and will only buy them from Amazon when they are out of stock at the stores.

I meant to order the same brand that describes the product exactly the same. So I didn't even open the package, went to return them and was told they are not eligible for return - I don't see that anywhere on the page, do you? When turning me down, they pointed me to the return policy, but low and behold, I could not find anything that defined the return of these.
